This place clearly lacks basic skills and customer care—I would never return and strongly advise others to stay away.

I went again today and it was the last straw. The staff was really rude even towards my son who is only 8. Also he was doing was shaking his leg and she immediately placed her hand on his leg and gave him a rude look to stop. I am definitely not going back due to the rude staff and terrible haircuts. I was also trying to stand next to my son to see his haircut and she wouldn’t let me.
