- LMLea MMar 4, 20241.0Just a heads up: They don’t accept online returns or actual Sephora store returns. Only Kohl’s Sephora returns. They also aren’t able to scan your beauty insider/rouge/vip barcode. Super useless and inefficient store. Staff is useless as well. I called before heading over and specifically asked if there in store Sephora accepts online returns, and the staff member said “yes, as long as you have the receipt”. I arrive in store and of course; the lady at check out counter says they cannot do that here. Don’t waste your time here, just drive the extra mile for an actual Sephora store.

I asked them to write their names on a post it note, which somehow I've misplaced, but I wanted to do a five star review for the great service and knowledgeably helpful advice they gave me. I would recommend this brand at this location to anyone wanting high quality cosmetics and exceptional employees I was fortunate to have found here. TY so much!
