I was checked in and Vivian took the time to comb through my hair pointing out the issues and possible solutions to prevent me from doing a big chop so I agreed to proceed. Vivian kept me in the loop with each snip showing me exactly what was being cut and explaining that I would need to come in every 4-6 weeks for a shape up to eventually reach my goal cut. I couldn’t be more happier with the results considering the conditions of my hair. Will definitely be back.
- BEB EDec 28, 20251.0I brought clear reference photos and explained what I wanted and didn’t want. The result was not even close to either haircut. The nape/undercut is visibly uneven—one side was taken up much higher than the other, so the back looks lopsided. If you’re not confident with this type of haircut, please be honest and refer the client to someone else. I was so embarrassed I put my sun hat on as soon as I got to the car. I am sick about it—mad at myself for trusting her, and mad that it happened.
