- LFL FAug 16, 20255.0I absolutely LOVE this store! I’ve been to several locations of The Cosmetics Company Store, but this one is hands-down my favorite. The staff, particularly Blanca, are all so patient and knowledgeable with helping you find just the right match for your skin. The products have always been high quality and fresh. I've never brought home anything I didn't love. Like any store, the selection can vary depending on the season or if a big sale just cleared the shelves, but most of the time they have a great variety to choose from.

- JJJerikkaMar 27, 20251.0Customer service is TERRIBLE! They follow innocent people including children around. Why myself and daughter was targeted is what I’m trying to still figure out. We have zero reason to steal, I was simply browsing the store, as any other customer was as well. I had never been in this store, but thought I would check it out. Even though Blanca and the cashier (blonde short hair) made a fool of themselves by following us around I still made a purchase. If I would have been able to look around in peace without being followed, stared, I would have made a bigger purchase. Blanca and the cashier need to provide better customer service, not target innocent customers, and never follow a 13 year old around come to me as the parent. You saw we walked in together, must make you feel proud that you made a 13 year old uncomfortable. Again we had never entered this is store in our life. So yes we were browsing. Remember I had to ask questions about the store, and let you know I had never been there before. Even had to make sure the foundation I found was part of the 6 for $60 because I thought that was odd! $52 foundation for $10! What a shame that they hired such rude people, and as I read the Google reviews others have reviewed it bad due to customer service. That should tell you something. You all have a good day, smile more it may help your attitude out, and remember not everyone is a thief. 💕
