After my previous visit where I initially had some challenges with finding the right shade, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Brent, a sales associate who truly went above and beyond. Brent was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. He helped me find my perfect natural shade of Thugz Blush Too lip liner from the Fenty Beauty collection, making the process smooth and enjoyable. His recommendations didn’t stop there—he also suggested the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid fragrance, which I absolutely adore, and the Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes mascara. I’m thrilled with the results; my lashes look longer and fuller than ever! Brent's expertise and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience delightful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. Original Post 12/2024: Yesterday, I went in for a NARS foundation and concealer color match, the first associate didn't offer to do a color match and only gave me a sample of some guesses that were way off. While I was waiting for the samples, another associate, Jazz, offered to assist me with a color match and even tested the samples given to me by the other associate on me to determine whether they were a match. The matches that Jazz gave me were a perfect match and I couldn't be happier!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. In future, whenever I go back to this location I'll be sure to go to her for any of my purchases!
