  Went in for a shampoo / style/blowdry. I have shoulder length think hair. Carli in Burleson salon took care of me. It was the worst shampoo I’ve ever had. I could barely feel her. Shampooed only once even though I told her I had massage oil and dry shampoo in my hair. Could not feel her hands touch my actual head. My hair is still dirty. Then she went to blowdry with a round brush and talked about how thick my hair was and did I ever wear it wavy. No I only wear it straight. I told her she could use a paddle brush since i realize my hair is thick. She still used a round brush. Long story short she did not get my hair dry. It was half wet and frizzy on top. With round brush it should be smooth and straight. When the salon hires new stylists they should require the stylist to give the manager a shampoo and if they can’t give a good shampoo then they shouldn’t be hired. 45.00 hair dirty and half wet. Ugh.

  I got my perm done Sunday December 22 and followed the instructions of no showering for 48 hours. Today my perm is gone no curl whatsoever. That’s $60 dollars and a tip I’ll never get back.

She's been my stylist for years and for members of my family and so many I've referred, especially the ones that thought their hair was beyond help.   I went in for as most places put it ol' fashioned piggyback style perm. Ms. Michelle did an amazing job. I love my hair again. Thanx again guys it's truly fabulous!!!!
