- JSJennifer Smith5 days ago5.0I have short hair so I go to Great Clips every month to 2 months to get my haircut. My family and I only get our haircuts done at this Great Clips and our stylist is Laura (PINKY). My hair grows differently than most but Laura is great at what she does. If for some reason I want it a little short or something is a little uneven I go back to her and she fixes it. She is absolutely amazing. She has been our person for almost a year and she will be for the rest of our lives. I will never let anyone else cut my hair again. Thank you Laura for always being so great to us and for doing such a great job.
- HPHeather PMar 5, 20261.0My dad is visiting me from FL to do some honey do’s as my husband passed away recently. This is the first day he hasn’t been busting his butt helping me. He decided to get his hair cut and then meet some friends for lunch. He goes to GreatClips in FL and found the one next to Walmart here. He is in the chair all of 10-15 minutes, walks out with basically a buzz cut when he walked in with a parted haircut that needed to be reshaped. Shame on you salon owner for employing someone who screws up a basic man’s cut. What were you and she thinking? I don’t know her name, but she was working this morning around 8ish and was NOT the girl who was on the left, first chair facing the front of the store. She looked competent and confident as she cut another man’s hair. My dad doesn’t look like my father. It’s hair and will grow back, but lady, ask if you don’t understand! A so called gentleman’s cut is not a frigging 6 all over his head!!! He can’t even put gel or hairspray to calm it down. It’s the worst haircut I’ve seen in my life on him and I’m in my 50s!! You should not have accepted his money as he did not leave with the service he requested! He even told you you screwed up. If this review makes you feel bad, I guarantee you, he looks and feels worse! Hopefully, you have required competency training to renew your license. Shame on you! I won’t be contacting customer service. I told you the issue. Me calling customer service doesn’t change the fact you have an incompetent employee. I told you the resolution, she needs training. Maybe even send one of your friends in as a “secret shopper” so her incompetence hits close to home!

I have been to this location a few times and have been disappointed with the quality of the haircut. My last visit Maci sped through my haircut and did not properly blend my fade nor did she make sure it was even. She never even gave me a mirror to make sure it was good before I left the salon. She was very friendly, but will not be going back to this location again.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
