She was friendly and for the first 5 minutes, seemed very attentive and methodical in the way she was cutting my hair, like a stylist should. Before she got close to finishing, all of a sudden, she stated, "oh my gosh, where has the time gone, boy Ive been here all day, I am ready to go home!" And all with a smile on her face and a pleasant tone. From that point she grabbed the trimmer and trimmed the back of my neck, and said, ok we're done! When I pointed out she still needed to finish up, she just started hacking at my hair with the clippers instead of layering my hair with the scissors. I finally said, that's enough, and she blew off the hair clippings, and I got up and we went to the register to check out. She rang me up , and the total came up 24.00. The haircut was 17.00. I asked her if the automatically added a tip, and she said, oh no, we're not allowed to do that, but somehow it did! Very poor service, unprofessional. Will never go back to great clips again. And anytime anything comes up about great clips, will always share my LAST haircut experience with you!
