L.Sep 18, 20251.0my usual place for haircuts was booked and i decided to try a new place. i was really nervous and scared. going here did not help that. the two people in there were not nice at all. the guy there asked if i checked in and i said "no....uhm. im new here...did i need to make an appointment?" and the guy there said "it was just a question." so the other lady there got my checked in. i tried to be friendly. told her what i needed to do on a haircut and i was alright with my undercut not going any higher. but the way she was telling me this was very condescending and i decided to bail before getting my hair cut. told her i needed to call my parents real quick she said "aren't you supposed to be getting a haircut" and i froze up. saw another customer and said "they can go ahead of me if that'd be better" and she said "well lets just cancel if you're unsure." immediately left. never go here.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
