His attitude throughout the appointment was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my haircut included a basic blow-dry, yet after cutting my hair, he simply removed the protective cape and sent me off with soaking wet hair, no explanation, no effort. It felt rushed and careless. I left the salon feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. I expect better service, especially when I’m paying for a complete service that wasn’t even fulfilled.
