My wife and I went to this location to get a haircut, mine was cut by a lady and turned out okay, but for some reason an older gentleman called up my wife for her haircut and the outcome was not great. For starters, my haircut took longer than hers. Her haircut was completed in a speedy manner (less than 5 minutes). Secondly, it was very, VERY uneven. The ends of her hair were all cut at different lengths. Really poor job.To me it seemed obvious that this man was not equipped to cut women's hair and that this was not his area of expertise. I would hope that he asked for help from another collegue or that someone else would have taken over the job. I believe that her hair should have been treated with more care. We were very disappointed to have had to pay for this haircut, if there is a way to obtain a refund that would be great.
