    Jessica was training Felicia the dayI went in. Both were super friendly and they took thier time really listening to what it was i was wanting. Usually go to a personal stylist but decided to last minute get a cut. Was not disappointed. Jessica wad able to give recommendations based off my hair type and do razor cutting on my fine hair to make it blend better.

    It's hard to find someone who can cut your hair they way you want. But the person who cut my hair was completely incompetent. So bad I bought a wig until it grows out.

    Waited an hour and a half for a 3 minute head shave while workers played with each other's hair. When I signed in they said it was a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half i asked how much longer and they proceeded to tell me im still on the bottom of the list and it'll still be awhile. While they are playing with each other's hair. This was the second time this has happened but never again. I was a return customer that tipped 30$ each shave. SMH Big Spring

    The last three visits have been horrible. The first time I visited, the manager cut my hair and it was fine. All she spoke about was how bad her staff was during my cut. The second visit, I was told that we don't have anyone here but me and I'm too tired to cut hair right now. Today on 7/3/25, I walked in at 2PM, the lady working, yelled at me, I'm going home because nobody else showed up to work, can you come back another day. This location needs to be visited by their corporate office. I've never seen a business run as bad as this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else to get a haircut!
