I never get my hair cut here, but missed my hair appointment elsewhere a few weeks ago & decided I would get a cut, too. I was impressed. I told her the cut I wanted & she nailed it. After going to expensive salons & asking them for the same cut which always missed the mark. $20 versus $120+ elsewhere & actually got the cut I wanted. I feel that a lot of salons simply don't listen to what you truly want & just do a version of what they want instead. I will be back!

I wanted 3in off to wear my hair would b above my shoulders. It touching my shoulders but my right half is an in longer than my left side. I have a middle part so it should’ve helped. But also thr were some spots on my left side that didn't even get cut. It just super uneven. If I could get a refund even just a small one that would b nice…but oh well 😞

I regret going to Great Clips, some of their other locations are pretty decent and this is not one of them. Cindy is really bad at her job. Her hands are shaky, she has no concept of texture, angle, style or creativity. She does not even know how to hold a scissor. She went way too short with my hair, constantly asked her yo colleague to “fix” her mistakes and to top it all off, has an attitude. I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN EVEN IF ITS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. $20, one month of regrowing my hair down the drain and now I have to spend more money and time to go to someone good. If your hands are too shaky, don’t be a hairstylist. period. RUN!!
