We are not a typical wig store. Our clients cannot purchase wigs off a rack, they are customized to fit their needs and every strand of hair is human and hand-stitched for superior quality hair garments.

- DDDaveJul 10, 20252.0A disappointing effort. My wife is undergoing chemo and saw this name listed on the MDA page of hair specialists. She initially visited the studio in late April. We paid half of the charge when the process started and the other half when my wife received the first iteration of the wig. Given how disappointed my wife was when she first saw the wig, she should not have paid the second half. She should have waited for a satisfactory product. Unfortunately, the wig’s color, cut, netting and overall finish never met my wife’s expectations. More than one correction attempt was made, but it still clearly missed the mark. Currently, she does wear wigs on some days, but those wigs came from a store on Shepherd here in Houston and also from online sources. She had much better success on color and cut with these other wigs. And more frustrating is that my wife initially visited Artemis before she even lost her hair- meaning that its color was very obvious. Given that any customer referred from MDA is completely exhausted and under extreme stress, few must take the time to write a review. I felt compelled to do a review given our disappointment.

It is tough when you see this happening to a friend that you love and care for. Anyways, she had a consultation and then later a top notch, quality hair piece was provided for her. She is extremely happy with the service she received, and she looks like the girl she was before. She is totally transformed to her previous self. I can see it and hear it in her conversation on the telephone and in person. If you have hair loss male or female this is the place to go. You will be treated with the utmost respect and care, and more importantly it is totally private. She asked me to log on to Google and write this, because she was having a hard time logging on, and she was embarrassed for anybody to know she was experiencing hair loss in the first place. Since I'm balding myself I'm going to Houston next!!
