- KFKelly Fox1 day ago4.0Restore has helped me over the 8+ years my family has been using their services mostly for rehabilitation when sick or injury though sometimes to ward off illnesses like COVID or flu and to give me energy. My husband, daughter and I started using their services when they opened using a family membership which they no longer offer regrettably. The two nurses who work there are both exceptional, helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable. They have helped me so much over the years and I highly recommend going to Restore when you need a pick me up or help with more serious health matters to supplement what your doctor says and add more holistic approaches to medical matters. But I will say it is expensive to go to restore. So I mostly go there when I'm ill or in pain and I've stopped my husband and my membership so now we pay full price when we go instead of being charged $160+ each a month! I wish they would bring back a family membership for those who had one when they first opened.

I brought my wife in for an appointment for IV fluids after she became seriously dehydrated due to nausea from an illness. All relevant details were explained ahead of time, but once we arrived, we were told they could not administer the IV because it was outside of their “scope.” It seems their services are limited to very basic or lifestyle-related treatments and not intended for situations involving actual illness or medical need. If you’re looking for an IV service with licensed medical professionals who can handle more serious hydration needs, I’d recommend Luxe Mobile IV—they were able to come to our home in under an hour and provided appropriate care.

What are your core services and their benefits?
Whole Body Cryotherapy- An ancient practice made for the modern age. For thousands of years, people have leveraged sub-zero temperatures to boost energy, advance healing, achieve more restful sleep and defy signs of aging. Revive your body and tap into your full potential – all in just 2-3 minutes!
Red Light Therapy- Just as plants need light to grow, light powers the function of the processes within the human body. Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

What is the benefit of being a member?
As a Restore member you pay member pricing on any additional services and packs you purchase in addition to what's included in your membership. As a member you'll save as much as 30% on any additional service or pack compared with regular pricing. For example, if you have a Level Up Membership and are interested in getting a Hydrafacial, you'll save 30% on your service as a member.
Level Up Membership- Eight (8) Core Services: Cryotherapy (Whole Body or Local), Red Light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna OR Two (2) Base IV Drips, An IV drip with two standard ingredients Our most popular membership! We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.
Core Membership- Thirty-one (31) Core Services Core Services include Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna. These modalities may help the body promote healing, boost mood and energy and optimize sleep. Unused credits expire monthly.
Discover Membership- Four (4) Core Services: Cryotherapy (Whole Body or Local), Red Light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna OR One (1) Base IV Drips An IV drip with two standard ingredients A Discover Membership introduces you to these modalities so you can become more easily acquainted with everything Restore has to offer. Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.
Core+ Membership- One of each Core service per day Restore studios boast a loyal base of daily clients that utilize Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna to do more of what they love. A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
*All Monthly Memberships are for a three-month minimum commitment period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until terminated or canceled (see Cancellation provision below).
