The layers are uneven and she took so much hair when she didn't need to. I was trying to save some money but it definitely bit me in the butt. It's best to go to someone with more experience with female haircuts and spend more than $18. Even for budget haircuts, this seems pretty bad. My husband has given me a better haircut. The only thing I can do now is wait for the hair to grow out.
