I was over charged for services I did not receive that day and it was never addressed. The stylist ruined my hair for the holidays plus I had to redo my own hair after paying them a harm and leg to screw it up. The company has a listing price for services for the stylist to follow. Yet they allow a entry level stylist to make up her own price is not right. I had the same service done a week before that and was charged according to their list price. Following week i am charged whatever they feel like. Then at check out they hound you for tips. I am sorry I don't tip for dishonesty and bad service. Don't waste your time and money at this dump.
