  I had a coupon which I told the greeter about when I arrived. She neglected to tell me that they weren't accepting any coupons at this time. I had "clipped" a coupon that was for another (nearby) location- my fault. Apparently coupons are different each month at each location. When I realized I had the wrong one I got on my phone to get a coupon for the right location- there weren't any. (25 other locations had coupons) I got a good haircut here but still left with a bad feeling. Since I asked about coupons on arrival they should have told me they weren't accepting any.

  I gave express instructions and they apparently have no clue how to layer a person's hair even with clear exact instruction...very very disappointed

  I came here about 630 when they close at 7 PM. They tell me to go ahead and do the haircut. They ddidn’t tell me they weren’t gonna shampoo until after I had already waited for 17 minutes. On top of that, they shouted across the whole entire building that I need to get my daughter‘s knots out that they’re not even allowed to touch the knots if if I even wanna get her back here for a haircut in front of all the other people in the building in the waiting area. It was pretty embarrassing that everybody else had to know what was going on. My child’s autistic I struggle with her, letting me brush her hair and wash her hair, and even brush her teeth and any other daily task at normal children do. Calling me out in front of everybody not pulling me asais with a one on one like that I was pretty embarrassed. But then to have me wait for 17 minutes to tell me, they won’t be able to do the shampoo not happy. I wish you would’ve told me that I can’t do a shampoo when they had checked me and when I asked for that service, they didn’t tell me until they called me back. I mean, there’s so many more professional ways to go about this. They obviously wanted to go home don’t we all whenever it’s closing time. But still like where’s the professionalism?

  I have been taking my kids for hair cut to Azle location since 2020. Amber is the only one that gets my kid weird hair cut the right way. I am so great full that we found her. She is an excellent professional and we love her. Thank you Amber!!
