  The best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was incredibly kind to me, addressing my questions and offering suggestions. Laos was the one who did my piercings, and he is the kindest, most genuine, and professional person; plus, the two piercings I got during my visit didn't hurt in the slightest. I highly recommend him and will definitely be back very soon.

  I had an amazing experience at Studs! I went in with my mom, aunt, and cousin to all get pierced. We each have a few piercings already and had pretty solid ideas on what we wanted, but my mom needed a little help deciding. Sam, the front desk employee, and Laos the piercer were incredibly helpful at giving her options, showing us all what would work with our ears, etc. I got my helix done on my right and my rook changed on my left, and also purchased an earring to change my conch. Sam was so knowledgeable and helpful with styling my ears. We all love our piercings!

  Just got a few piercings done about a month again and one of them fell off. I paid almost $200 for this and this has never happened to me before. They don’t even have a number to speak to anyone and I’m not trying to drive 40 mins for me to have to lay again. Ridiculous.

  Attempted to go in on 03/21/2026 for my 3 month resizing and I arrived 20 minutes before closing. The door was locked and the employee inside saw us and never once tried to open the door until we knocked. She then proceeded to say they weren’t taking anymore appointments. Very unfortunate because my first visit was so amazing and I drove 30+min to get denied.

  I’m writing regarding an experience I had today at your store. Earlier today I purchased an earring for $40. Unfortunately, just seconds after leaving the store, the earring fell off and disappeared. I spent nearly two hours searching for it and eventually came back to the store hoping for some understanding or assistance. The response I received was extremely disappointing. I was told that nothing could be done and that if I wanted, I could simply purchase another one. There was no attempt to help or show any consideration for the situation. What was most surprising was that people from neighboring stores actually came out to help me search, while the service inside the store felt completely indifferent. The issue here is not just the cost of the earring. Good businesses understand that customer experience and service are what bring people back. Unfortunately, the level of service I experienced today was far below what I would expect. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider how situations like this are handled in the future.
