  I popped into the store looking for a very specific product for my sensitive skin. Sid approached me and offered some help and guidance. She was very practical and efficient in helping me find what I needed. I noticed she didn't push me towards buying the most expensive products either!

  horrible customer service I had a drink and they told me I couldn’t come into the store. I didn’t want to leave my drink next to other drinks due to allergies and was told to leave. Dissapointing co siderinf I was going to buy a few products for a wedding gift . Will never go back to the domain sephora

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Sephora store. One manager actually said the words “that sucks” about not having a solution for exchanging my items. So unprofessional and I know other stores will work with you, this one just flat refuses.

  I’m a regular at Sephora, and the rude, condescending staff are impossible to ignore. Certain employees, especially two women with long dark hair, act like they’re too good for customers. Both in particular, with large, intimidating eyes and a permanent scowl, are extremely unwelcoming, a short dude with blonde hair acts super sassy and is totally uncultured. A tall dude with long hair acts like know it all but hasn't showered in months and doesn’t know what he's talking about. The attitude and the condescending nature of these people is as if they own the store much less they can't even afford a full size moisturizer without skipping one time meal. So the point is ---- be humble!! The toxic behavior doesn’t stop there, I’ve even seen managers publicly lecture employees on the sales floor, creating a hostile environment. If you expect basic respect and professionalism, this location falls far short. Management urgently needs to address these ongoing issues.

  Couldn’t look at anything because I was asked if I needed something or wanted help every 3-5 minutes. My daughter was being followed, I asked for some help eventually and the representative for the brand was super mean and only helpful when asked. When I told them it wasn’t my color they argued. I’m pretty sure we are profiled everytime we go in, I can’t even shop in Sephora because they make me so uncomfortable. If you see color and it makes you think someone can’t afford it it’s sad. We just wanted to buy in peace, but we were harassed the entire time.
