  Isaís was SO kind and professional. I have been having issues shade matching my foundation so I stopped in today to get some help. I went in with crutches and my crew and they helped find me somewhere to sit so I didn’t have to stand on my broken ankle. My skin analysis was done and I was presented with some options and given recs that Isais said were personal favs. It felt really good to have someone with a similar skin tone help match me (I didn’t ask to be born Latina, nomas tuve suerte 😉). My shade matching was spot on and I figured I might as well take a concealer to go with it while I was there. I was a little apprehensive about going in based on intimidating online rhetoric given about the beauty advisors but I was made to feel welcomed and respected and can’t wait to go back (don’t tell my husband). Isais slayed my shade matches and was wonderful AND deserves recognition 👑 💕

  I very rarely go to Sephora, but I was looking for a very specific thing that doesn't exist: a "mascara" that only tints without lengthening or volumizing. Even though there wasn't a product like this in the store, the attendant I approached was super kind and helpful and ended up recommending an Ilia mascara that came in a smaller size so I could try it out without spending $30. Thanks!

  10/10!!! Kassandra ATE my makeup look DOWN. She matched my complexion perfectly and gave me the soft glam of my dreams. I stepped outside and the sun said HELLO! People were staring, smiling, and I felt gorgeous. Her vibe is sweet, professional, and she really knows how to enhance your natural beauty without overdoing it.
