  My first bad experience here was when I was in school and when it was RDA but things have not changed. When in school we came on a “field trip” to check out the store and make accounts. The people working there literally rolled their eyes and flew their head back because they had to make 4 accounts. Oh no! You have to do your job?! If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Thankfully I haven’t seen them since but when I came in today (salon centric now) the lady refused to make my account and told me I have to do it online. The app had not been working for me and I had been waiting to make the account there. Still no help. Not to mention most things in the store are not priced. At least for estheticians. (Verrryyy small esthetician supplies) let’s just say I will be making the drive to a different beauty store because of the TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve also waited in line for 30 min and then left because the line (one person in front of me) wasn’t moving. So if you are in a rush, DONT GO! I have only ever had one good experience here and the lady working said she works for them in a different state, so she’s never there.

  They bought out existing business named RDA showing you my license should be enough proof I shouldn't have to have a membership to buy hair products that I'm allowed to buy do better

  Alizé helped me in the store. They were very kind and patient. The one thing I wish these stores were consistent with however is the pricing. 98% of the time I have NO clue how much anything cost until I get to the register. I mean, I guess at that point I'm committed cause I need the stuff, but it would be nice to have an idea of how much you'll spend before you checkout. The SalonCentric in Temple used to have that when Christina was managing and it was ao refreshing. That should be adopted in all stores. Anyway, thanks Alizé!
