I came in to buy a gift card and left because of the rude and unprofessional attitude from the front desk woman (not in scrubs). I only asked simple questions and was met with attitude. Guess I’ll be going back to Studs.

Given the pricing and the cost to change, I question whether this is another way to have customers pay even more for what should be a very simple process. Be weary that because you have to buy their earrings, likely spending above 200-300 there.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
