She understood very well the type of haircut I wanted and made sure that it was done well. She also recommended me a conditioner that I got and it seems to work well with my hair.

But at this particular location the service and cut always come out great, the first time I went I thought maybe I just got luckyy with the person who cut my hair, but I have gotten cut by 4 different employees now and have been extremely happy with each cut, last cut I got was for a wedding and I knew I could trust this place!

- VSVishwanath SinghMar 8, 20261.0I usually never leave reviews. I just accept what it is but today I just had . Had a terrible experience today at great clips. My stylist was an older lady. She sat me down and asked me if I wanted the same haircut as last time (since they have it saved) and I said yes. My haircut was done in 10mins. I my haircut was supposed to be on the sides three on the top or cut an inch of the top. What I got was that my head on the top is not equal. I have more head on the back of my head then on the front near the forehead, I asked her not to shape my sideburns which lead to my beard and she trimmed a patch of my beard near my sideburns and left the rest. You can see it in the picture. On the back, I had asked to get around shape, but it was completely uneven. I had to go to a different barber to get it done right.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
