    it was sooo relaxing and incredible. i was so impressed by the design aesthetic but mostly loved how wonderful Stephanie was !! she seriously helped so much!! i’m so grateful and will be back!!

    I had a deep tissue massage and Nazomi did an amazing job! The massage felt very tailored to me. She had a conversation with me before hand and executed the massage accordingly. I like a lot of pressure so I appreciated that she asked me how the pressure level was at the beginning of the massage and increased it when I asked. I feel great!

    The pictures for this place are deceiving and I had a pretty horrible experience here. The front desk ladies should have been a tip off this was going to be a weird experience. I got there early. I had never been and they told me to come 15 minutes early. The ladies are just chatting with me but they asked very pointed questions to the point I was like golly you couldn’t ask that in an interview- When they take you back for your massage you are on a large central room where everyone is being massaged and there is just a system of curtains and sound machines so the “rooms” feel private. I have allergies and confessed to being allergic to sunflower seeds so even after they have me undress and lay on the table she comes back and tells me she can’t do the massage because all they have are sunflower oil products which is also kinda weird for crunchy south Austin. I cried. I had really decided this was a way I was going to spoil myself and then they tell me I am liability. Then when I left they didn’t try to rebook me and no one reached out after. Really really not great.

    I tried a new massage therapist today and am so glad I did! Nathaniel was amazing! His touch was firm but gentle. He listened to my concerns and problem areas and gave them extra attention. I have already booked an appt. with him in two weeks! I have tried numerous therapists at The Now but Nathaniel is quickly rising to my FAVORITE, if not already achieved that title. Do yourself a favor and book a treatment with him!

    Excellent deep tissue therapy. Whether supporting a healing minor sports/labor injury, or aiming at improved posture and pain relief, or simply relaxing and resetting, massage at Now and with Nathan has proven very helpful for these. After this session, my back felt somehow more symmetrical, and my spine felt lengthened and more flexible. My neck, trapezius, and shoulder muscles felt more balanced and functional, and relieved of knots. Recommend!
