  I’ve given this store 3 chances. Each time I expect there will be a friendly sales associate to help, instead all 3 occasions I was treated by cold “know it all staff”, talking AT me instead of listening & responding to my questions. I will not be going to this store again. Ulta associates are far superior, pleasant, warm, and quick to go above and beyond, a much better experience than Sephora.

  The customer service at this place was incredible. They greeted me warmly upon arrival and promptly offered assistance whenever I had any questions or needed recommendations. Their suggestions were spot-on, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend this establishment! Good jobs guys.

  Super unhelpful and unfriendly staf. The Sephora employees basically ignored you even if you said excuse me or asked for help. Ended up leaving and going to a different Sephora. A real shame because the location and store itself was well organized.

  We visited the store for my birthday on 1/29/26 and the experience was not joyful to say the least. I had one gentleman help us but seemed “rushed” when asking for a products availability. He grabbed it from the drawer and was running off before I could ask for anything else. The most disappointing part of our experience was the cashier by the name Karen. She was checking out a customer before me and was very happy to assist her saying it’s her birthday month and she could pick an item of what they had available(customer didn’t even have to say it was her birthday month). Once I went to the counter to check out, she was not smiling and seemed a little irritated to check me out. I told her that I had some items to buy but it was my birthday and was hoping to get my birthday gift. She was very short with me and just said I needed to put in my phone number in-no eye contact just a dry response. I did what she asked and she rung me up. I gave her gift cards for part of my purchase and she handed it back to me and told me to scratch off the security info. I stood there and I did what she asked while she just stood there and stared at me. Her lack of customer service was noticeable and my daughter asked when walking away why was that lady rude. It wasn’t a nice way to celebrate my day after spending $300 in your store. She should learn to be joyful with every customer who walks up to that counter.
