Two employees that had finished helping out other customers walked right by me after they had finished helping out the other two, even though I was trying to speak up and talk to them. Some other internet sources indicated that their gift cards were hard to redeem, and I was more or less told that the new gift cards they issue have resolved the problem by having the salesperson activate them in the store at checkout.

Do not judge the book by its cover. Treat people as you would like to be treated.
