- KMkaylee munozNov 4, 20251.0horrible staff, waited for help in the fragrance section for over 45 minutes and once a lady finally approached me i asked her kindly if she could assist me and, with attitude, she told me to wait because she was already helping someone. then she never came back. mind you, this is the least busiest sephora i’ve ever been to. go to another location.
