  I am having trouble to connect with the right person. They have me calling them few times in regards of refund that it’s already been two weeks and counting.. bought the item in store in person and supervisor keep asking if I bought it online, and I am repeating myself to her again few times that I BOUGHT IT IN YOUR STORE IN PERSON!. Until now no action is been process. Advisor told me to call again

  I was shopping today around 3pm and overheard an employee (white, tall, thin woman wearing a dress) describe a customer as “some dread head” when trying to locate him in the store. I thought that was absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. I work retail and there is no instance where describing a customer in this manner is needed.

  Always a delay to checkout because no matter how busy they always only have one person checking out and for some reason never appropriately staff their registers. Everyone is very helpful in the store but even if you ask for more help at checkout they just only seek to man the floors and never the checkout.

  horrible staff, waited for help in the fragrance section for over 45 minutes and once a lady finally approached me i asked her kindly if she could assist me and, with attitude, she told me to wait because she was already helping someone. then she never came back. mind you, this is the least busiest sephora i’ve ever been to. go to another location.

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. All the staff were extremely rude and showed clear signs of discrimination. This place seriously needs to improve the way they treat customers.
