  jennifer was absolutely wonderful! helped me find a perfume to match another one i got took her time w/ me & did such an amazing job being so patient w/ me. 10/10 recommend her

  This a bustling store with a helpful staff and predatory corporate policy. Absolutely do not have your package delivered. If you order from the store and the package is stolen off your porch, whelp, lets hope you can front your $200 cosmetics that you didnt get. No refunds.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to one of your stores on Valentine’s Day. My best friend and I stopped in after shopping at Michael’s, and we were carrying a small shopping bag from there. The store was moderately busy, which we completely understood. However, throughout our visit, multiple staff members repeatedly approached us to ask if we needed help. While I appreciate attentive service, the frequency and manner of these interactions felt uncomfortable. Additionally, we could overhear conversations among staff that suggested concern about theft in the store. This made us feel as though we were being closely monitored or suspected simply because of the bag we were carrying. As paying customers who came in excited to shop and enjoy the experience, this was disappointing and discouraging. The atmosphere made me feel uneasy and unwelcome, to the point where I considered putting my items back and leaving. I ultimately chose to complete my purchase, but the experience was far from enjoyable. I have always appreciated Sephora for its welcoming environment and customer-focused service, which is why this visit stood out in such a negative way. I hope this feedback can be used to help improve staff awareness and ensure that all customers feel respected and comfortable while shopping.

  1 star. Terrible customer service. I called ahead and told them I’d be arriving close to closing time, and they said it would be fine. This is my second time at this location and both experiences have been disappointing. They weren’t able to help with a simple color match, and when I came back a second time to exchange/get a new product (after an employee urged me to try it), I arrived one minute before closing and they refused to let me in. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
