  I can't say enough great things about Semper Laser! From the welcoming vibes to the skilled techs, amazing managers, and beautiful, accommodating space—it’s truly top-notch. I first heard about Semper through a friend who referred me when they were offering eight free sessions to try out. I didn’t hesitate to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did! At the time, I was getting underarm laser treatments at another local place since Semper had just opened. But after just a few bikini sessions at Semper, I immediately started seeing results—something I never really experienced at the other place. I’ve now completed 22 sessions on my underarms elsewhere, and unfortunately, I’m really unhappy with the outcome. Looking back, I wish I had switched to Semper sooner! There’s definitely a lack of awareness when it comes to laser hair removal, so I can’t stress enough how important it is to do your research. Make sure you choose a place that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares—just like Semper Laser. Highly recommend!

  This place was absolutely kind and caring from the moment you step in. The technicians are well informed and knowledgeable in their field. They look at your medical history and medication list to find the best procedure for you. I’ve learned that medically I couldn’t receive a laser procedure, and they informed me so to avoid scars, bruises, and burns, and I really appreciated that information. They were able to answer all my questions, and let me know of alternatives I could try besides laser treatment. Definitely would recommend this place if it’s your first time getting laser removal, or are even hesitant and want to make an informed decision.

  Totally awesome experience with staff and definitely cannot beat the customized packaging and facility. I was concerned about a safe and effective laser treatment for darker toned people without causing burning or scarring. Sharon provided great consultation and Norma was a skilled laser technician. Check in and scheduling was easy and confirmed with Mia in sales. No more waxing and money saved.

  I love Semper Laser in Austin, Tx !!! I started out at the gate way center location ! Each treatment i have had , I’ve requested AYSIA. She is very attentive and is constantly making sure I am comfortable through out the process. She is very fast so it’s make the treatment less painful but also the treatments are always so effective after seeing Aysia!!! Aysia keeps me informed through out the process and answers all my questions no matter how silly the question is! Aysia also calls me a couple days later checking in on me which makes me feel like she truly cares about how I’m doing after our short time together. I was sad to find out that she no longer worked at gateway however now that she works at arbor trails best believe I was willing to drive a bit farther because of the amazing service Aysia continuously provides!!
