- ACAustin ChenApr 6, 20251.0I was going to give it a 5 stars because I have been going to them for over a year and they’ve done a great job, however this time they didn’t deserve maintaining the 5 star and went to a 1 star or a negative review. I arrived at their shop and the technician was running late. It wasn’t something I wasn’t going to wait for despite the weather and how many people haven’t showed up yet. Their second laser room was used as a storage space and not a treatment room. This could be more efficient if they had two techs running these treatment rooms without people waiting. Though I’m not going to say its bad, however I’ve gone really awesome results its a bad rap for a tech to not come in on time.
