After 15 months of not seeing my stylist, I made an appointment with my normal person of four years. It was horrible. I was left with over processed, dried out bleached hair with purples and blues. This is not what I asked for at all. Frantically, I searched and found Jon at Salon Lofts and he was able to get me in first thing the next morning and he worked his magic. He really listened, understood what I wanted and worked to cover up the bad color job and get my hair back to a more natural look. I was very pleased with the turnout and am grateful to have someone fix up my truffala tree looking hair. I'm excited to go back for a deep moisturizing treatment for my hair.
