  So extremely disappointing. I booked a haircut two days prior, and sent an inspiration video ahead of time to ensure that I would get the haircut I wanted. When I arrived at the hair salon, check in went smoothly, however it was apparent that the hair stylist did not play the video beforehand to see what I was looking for. I stated explicitly that I wanted the SAME front profile and bangs as the video. I did NOT receive that, even after stating it multiple times. I left disappointed. Additionally, it was apparent that throughout the entire haircut process, they were trying to sell me Oribe hair products and promoting their commission. To be honest, nothing felt genuine. Afterwards, I contacted the stylist for a refund. I cannot get a corrective cut due to observational purposes of my culture, so I knew that was not a solution viable for me, so I asked for a refund. They offered me 20$ partial refund, and 15% off my next haircut which I was not planning on using. I stated I would rather like that 15% just be applied to my refund. They said that wasn’t possible, which is nonsensical considering I was not planning on coming back to this salon. It’s clear to me this salon prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, just by the haircut experience and refund experience. While their hairstylists and color may be talented, if an issue arises, it’s obvious that they will try to keep your money. Do not come here. Attached is the inspiration and what I received as well. I asked for a WISPY bang and received bangs and thick uneven curtain bangs.

  The staff was accommodating and kind, I showed up a tad late and they still fit what I needed during the appointment. Zella understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing cut. My hair feels spunky and fun and I got a free snack. Only validated garage or street parking.

  I’ve gotten 2 hair cuts from 2 different level 4 stylists here and they both knocked it out of the park. Paige & Sophia can literally look at photos you give them and you get exactly that! Both have given me transformation haircuts. Paige toned my hair then gave me my 1st wolf cut + bangs & Sophia just turned me into a 90s hottie (Hair inspired by Angelina Jolie’s short hair & Ms. Calendar from Buffy for reference). I swear you will not be disappointed with the salon. They are 100/10. I always leave with a confidence boost ❤️

  Paid a premium price for a Brazilian blowout and haircut and left extremely unhappy. The haircut lacked shape and the blowout made no visible difference. My hair looked dry, flat, and poorly styled. Definitely not worth the money or time. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

  A pleasure from beginning to end, whether dropping in to buy some of my favorite Oribe or R&Co products, or for an intensive Wella treatment to refresh & restore my multi-processed locks. The stylists are trained with the latest ongoing education, and it shows in the range of customized services they provide. Happy, healthy, here for it!
