Not here to ruin anyone’s reputation, but when I ask for a trim to get rid of my split ends, I don’t want to have to come in again two days later to get them actually dealt with, even if the second time everyone was perfectly courteous and understanding. 😢

My hair smells amazing, the color is so natural, the people are so kind and fun to chat with, I end up finding cute jewelry each time when checking out too…though I try to resist that part it is so hard! Thank you Red Stella salon for always being top notch.

I explained to her multiple times and she just couldn't comprehend what I was asking for even with pictures and videos. She just kept saying what she wanted to do instead. Then finally it felt like we were on the same page. I was mistaken because she proceeded to give me a mullet which is not what I wanted at all. She not only gave me the wrong hair cut after saying she understood what I wanted, but she made me uncomfortable, Everytime I was like this isn't what I wanted she obviously became annoyed and frustrated. She was hard to communicate with and just unprofessional. I am super disappointed with my experience here and with my hair cut. I do not recommend Melody the senior stylist at all.
