    Dishonest business. Called, made an appointment, and got quoted $47 for a hair cut and beard trim. Drove all the way there, waited 15 minutes and only then did they tell me they'd made a mistake, they only had a "master" stylist available and it was going to be $60. Take your business elsewhere.

    Jessica at JC Penny Salon at Barton Creek is an extremely talented hair stylist and colorist. Jessica listens to her clients and provides the best advice and guidance. I would give Jessica 10 stars if i could. And Pennys as usual has the most affordable and reasonable prices in town!

    Medium original on jalapeno sourdough bread extra hot/cripy with jalapeños added ,salt and vinegar chips with raspberry tea lots of ice.

    First time I go to this location AND a Jcpenny salon too. Absolutely loved that I got what I wanted and not charged for having super long hair! Everyone was nice and being able to do a walk-in was helpful. I had Brian and he was an amazing stylist and conversationalist! Definitely reccomend for anyone in the young adult age group or college student not knowing where to start off in a new city for hair
