  My wife inquired about getting our son’s hair cut and was told we were better booking with another person because we wouldn’t be able to afford the price of her services yet she never told us her prices so it definitely felt prejudice and I would never come back to a place that have people like that and their establishment that treat new potential customers like they can not afford something before saying what the price is.

  Dishonest business. Called, made an appointment, and got quoted $47 for a hair cut and beard trim. Drove all the way there, waited 15 minutes and only then did they tell me they'd made a mistake, they only had a "master" stylist available and it was going to be $60. Take your business elsewhere.

  3 year customer - never returning to this salon. I had an appointment this afternoon that I booked online last night. My appointment was for 3:45 for a "Clipper Cut". The Website mentions that these cuts cost between $18-$25. It also has a little description of what the service includes (it never states it is for men only). I arrived right on time and checked in. The receptionist could not find my appointment for some reason. She eventually finds it and informs me that the lady I had booked with was no where to be found despite her having an appointment scheduled with me. She finally shows up 15 mins late at 4 pm. The hair cut was nice. She took her time and did a nice job, however being 15 mins late is very unprofessional. Upon checkout they tell me that I owe $35. I explained that I signed up for a "Clipper Cut" and it was supposed to be no more than $25. The receptionist did not offer any apologies and stated that "Clipper Cuts" are "for men only. When you buzz off your hair", were her exact words. Here is a screenshot from the website that clearly does not state that these haircuts are strictly for men. HORRIBLE customer service, but nice cut. I will not return despite coming here for the past few years and typically spending $20-$25 on a basic cut. I get a very simple straight across no layers cut. I would have gone to Supercuts or GreatClips had I known they were charing me $35.
