- PPPeggy PeggyJun 5, 20251.0A few days ago, I came to the JCPenney salon and had my hair cut by a stylist named Nasrin Parsi. I showed her a photo and clearly asked for a shoulder-length cut. But during the haircut, she turned my back to the mirror, so I couldn’t see how much she was cutting. I sat there for hours, and when she finally finished, she didn’t even hand me a mirror to see the back of my hair — she just walked straight to the register. I was truly shocked when I saw the result. My hair was cut way too short, uneven, and messy — nothing like the style I asked for. She told me she had 40 years of experience, but honestly, the result didn’t reflect any proper training at all. I’m very upset and emotionally affected by this. I’m even looking for a wig to cover my hair. I just wanted to share this very upsetting experience with you.
