I waited patiently to get my hair cut. I had sign in 45 minutes earlier. When it was my turn, the personnwhonwas suppose to cut my hair, walked around and ignored the fact that it was my turn. She proceeded to take another customer over me. At this point I went to here and asked her to get me off the list. She looked at me like she didn't care. She not only lost one customer today; she lost all 4 of my family members. Never going back their again.

Absolute worse haircut experience of my life. After coming to this location 4 previous visits while receiving the same cut. Sat down in Lisa’s chair and told her I was growing a mullet. She turned my chair away from the mirror and immediately ran her clippers up the back of my neck. She was super rude and defensive. I would warn anyone to steer clear of this establishment.

Rochelle did such a good job on my hair! I let her know I wanted a shampoo as well and that was definitely one of the best scalp scrubs I’ve ever gotten in my life! She was super sweet and did such a good job! She also let me know my scalp was on the drier side and said some moisturizing products will help with it! I’m going to be calling ahead now to make sure she’s working when I go in because I don’t want anyone else touching my hair!

If I could give this location a zero I would. From the start I had an odd feeling about the older women hairstylist in the first chair on the right hand side. She was my stylist for this appointment so I accepted it and sat down. She then tells me I have to pull up the collar of my shirt ( which is odd because I’ve been to other Great Clips and they had no problem cutting my hair with T he collar of my jacket down, and the cuts were great.) I did as she asked but felt uncomfortable. We then discussed the length I wanted and I showed her two images both of them were my own hair because I have had the length I wanted before. We both came to an agreement that it would be about and inch or two BELOW my shoulders. She then turns my chair away from the mirror, does NOT section off my hair and just starts cutting from the back and then works her way to the front… (I have thick hair and every time I get my hair cut I’ve never had the stylist not section my hair) The other stylist begin commenting on how much hair she’s cutting off and that it’s so much, which wasn’t completely alarming but what was alarming was when she began evening and she went around my head twice to “even” it out. She then turns me to the mirror and my hair is cut above my shoulders and if I tilt my head the bottom layers are not even. She tells me that she cuts it longer than discussed so hen she evens it its the correct length but mine didn’t even finish correctly. At this point I just want to leave because my hair is way shorter than we discussed. My hair looks okay but I am more frustrated at the fact that she does not know how to cut hair properly and yet has her license. I as a customer should not have to go into an appointment and be concerned with my stylists cutting abilities and predict a shorter length because she will cut more than expected off. I honestly considered refusing to pay but was in such a rush to get back to my car and home I didn’t even care. I truly hope Management sees this and something is done about this stylist because it’s not okay.
