Also asked for a beard trim and decided to shave my cheek down without asking and it was such a bad line up I came home and salvaged it… but considering shaving my whole beard bc she took so much off my left cheek. I didn't want a damn chin strap.

When it was my turn, the personnwhonwas suppose to cut my hair, walked around and ignored the fact that it was my turn. She proceeded to take another customer over me. At this point I went to here and asked her to get me off the list. She looked at me like she didn't care. She not only lost one customer today; she lost all 4 of my family members. Never going back their again.

Sat down in Lisa’s chair and told her I was growing a mullet. She turned my chair away from the mirror and immediately ran her clippers up the back of my neck. She was super rude and defensive. I would warn anyone to steer clear of this establishment.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
