- JLJennifer Langston5 days ago1.0Customer service is extremeley lacking. Online said 0 minute wait so we checked in online and arrived within 5 minutes. We walked in said they checked us in- two people were free not cutting hair. And noone was waiting. Another person cutting hair. About 10 minutes another client showed up. About another 5 minutes that person was called. The lady waited until 5 pm clocked out and left. The other lady nearly finished (now 20 minutes in) and cleaning and one person shows up now the wait on the screen says 44 minutes no communication. So after 25 minutes of no commhnication we finally left. Will not return.

I decided to try Great Clips when I moved to this area and both times, the stylist did a better job cutting, layering and styling my long hair. Leslie is great.

I've been coming here for many years and I've always had an excellent experience. The stylists get to know you personally and it's a pleasure to speak with them throughout the cut. I'd like to specifically shout out Timothy Pearle for his amazing hospitality over the years. He always has the voice of the customer in mind! He gives great haircuts, always has a smile on his face, and treats everyone with respect. He is a big reason for this salon's success!

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
