The stylist was using the clippers on my hair and he was actually bumping them into my head consistently. I asked him to be more gentle and it did not improve. I stopped him and said that I was going to get up and walk out if he couldn’t be more gentle. He said, “Wow that escalated quickly”. I said that I was not escalating but that I had asked him to be more gentle and he did not do that. I was not raising my voice at all and was just being firm in my tone. I let him continue and when he took the hair dryer to blow out the clippings, he actually hit me in the head with the blow dryer, twice. He paid no attention to my telling him what clipper settings and used the same setting all over. The cut is very uneven and is even worse as it has grown out. I have not even had a haircut since because I can’t decide where to go. Perhaps this place is just too cheap. I was going for the senior discount, but no discount is worth this complete lack of skill and traumatic experience.
