The sideburns were not trimmed, there was no proper shape given at the back, and even the front hair was left too long. It looked almost the same as before the haircut. I paid $22 but did not feel like I received a proper haircut or proper styling.plus their software took $7 tip automaticaly. Waste of money. I would suggest that Great Clips provide better training to their employees so customers receive the quality service they expect. A haircut should at least look like one was done. Completely unsatisfied. :( :(

Hanna did a great job making my toddler feel comfortable during the haircut. There was an hour long wait so we signed up online and came back. Definitely suggest adding your name to the line so you don't have to sit too long on a busy day.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
