I couldn't watch so I closed my eyes and it felt like he had no idea what he was doing. He finished faster than I expected and I opened my eyes expecting to see a joke of a haircut BUT I LOVED IT!! Like best haircut ever. But they didn't offer ME a beard trim like they did other men. I guess mine isn't worthy yet. Maybe next time.

Their posted closing time is 7:00 PM, but the lady at the counter told me they couldn’t take me because they were already closed. The door was still open, yet I was refused service. They need to understand that closing at 7:00 means customers should be served until 7:00 — not earlier.

The woman who say me down never introduced herself, she seemed hesitant and I was unsure why because the shop was not busy. but I described exactly what I wanted. I specifically said I DID NOT WANT A FADE. I just wanted the density taken out (because my hair is thick) and a trim. But I wanted to KEEP my side burns and the length in the back at my nape. She COMPLETELY BUZZED IT ALL OFF. I told her specifically what I wanted and the woman did NOT LISTEN. I am MORTIFIED and I WILL have justice. I suggest you reimburse me for my time or I will seek justice of my own.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
