He was very honest about how dead the end of my hair was and suggest taking 2-3 inches off BUT said he would take any amount i wanted off (i went in there asking for only 1/2 an inches). I ended up doing the two inches and face framing he suggested and so far are happy with the results. I like that he explained everthing he was doing and why.
