Went to get a haircut the lady that cut my hair was extremely rushed cutting my hair and afterwards I had a few comments about how my hair was poorly blended. She got upset about my comments and made me get up and get my haircut finished by the other lady that was working. Terrible customer service here….. I told the other lady the manager should know about the poor customer service and she told me that the lady I had this experience with was the manager….. Management change needed here, I’ve been going to great clips for 10 years and this was the worst experience I’ve had.

Got home and found I was bleeding in the back of my neck and had razer burnes above my right eye and two places on my left ear. I will never use Great Clips again. This is the man that did it all. I went back and showed him what he had done. He apologised and refunded my money. I asked to. See the manager and he said he was the manager, very unlikey.

I felt helpless & so mad at the same time. I started sweating i was so mad, but I kept my cool cause I didn't want to make a scene. I calmly told her this was way to short, she said that's what i thought you wanted!!!! Are you freaking serious girl. Never again great clips!!!!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
