When she needed to adjust the position of my head, it was a wordless smack, not a soft correction. And judging from the lazy copy and paste response from the owner, there's no indication it will get better. Great clips has been awesome at other locations. Seriously, don't.

She was polite at first, but the haircut itself took about 5 minutes and cost $20. When it came time to pay, I discreetly entered $0 for the tip on the screen. Immediately after that, her attitude changed — she looked visibly disgusted. She then printed the receipt and told me to add a tip amount, saying I had forgotten. On top of that, the apron she used on my uncle was dirty, and unfortunately my uncle’s hair looks messy and uneven now. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Tips should be optional, not pressured.
