The red-haired lady sat me in her chair (never introduced herself) I could sense hesitation as if she had never cut a black womans hair before. Understandable if she’s never went to cosmetology school. I gave her specific notes about wanting a trim. Wanting to keep my side-burns. SPECIFICALLY NOT WANTING A FADE and she just to clippers and buzzed off my side burns and I’m almost BALD in the back of my head. They had to fade it to try and fix what an extreme cut she did. I am mortified. I feel justified to return and take my own scissors to the woman’s hair and cut off her braids from the scalp.
