- KKKriDec 26, 20251.0I drive all the way from round rock on christmas holiday cause this was the only place open and the first thing they ask me is how i wanna cit my hair the lady who was at the costumer service was so done i already knew she didn't wanted to do anything and then i told her i want a low fade and she told she can't cut my hair i was like what?? I mean i spend my time and gas all the way to travel and that what you respond i was so done that i left the place didnt even bothered arguing with crazy people. If you cant cut hair in a specific style or anything just let the costumer know so they dont spend their time and money on such a shitty place.

She cut the top of my head way too short and ignored what I said and it looks like crap. And it's way too expensive if you don't have a coupon. Anything is too expensive when the barber doesn't care what you ask for.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
