- ABAlexa BragadesteDec 28, 20253.0On the pricier side. I usually get good service here, offered a beverage and nail duration for a full set is about 1 hour 20 min. they have talented nail techs! They do allow other works to come and talk to them while you’re getting your service. I know this doesn’t bother everyone bjt as someone in the service industry this is just rude and not relaxing. Biggest complaint would be them charging $20 for a design… mind you I’ve had times where I was charged 5,10, never 20 and this time it was just polka dots….? Maybe it’s different per artist, again something you should tell me. When did we stop trimming cuticles? As a cosmetologist I can confirm you should always inform your guest of additional chargers. Especially when it’s almost half of your service. I go back here bc it’s close and fairly consistent time and design wise.

After 2 hours of the nail technician attempting to apply a basic gel manicure I left with my my bed nail sanded down to the max and 6 figures with white nail polish. I walked away with beautiful nails and feeling confident in my next steps for my nail health! Kevin will be my nail tech moving forward!

I have been going to this salon for year and always had great experience except i would never get mani and pedi together again though. You pay to enjoy spa-ish treatment and massage of the pedicure but if you do mani as well you cant as every minute you have to move/switch hands. Definitely not relaxing or enjoyable for the money you pay.
