  My first Diptyque fragrance was Fleur de Peau, and it’s one of the perfumes I receive the most compliments on. I love visiting the store, not just for the perfumes, but also for the people who work there. They’re incredibly sweet, genuinely attentive, and never push anything you wouldn’t like. Instead, they help you find something that truly complements you and matches your taste.

  These are the most luxurious candles in Austin. The store's window art absolutely intrigued me and pulled me in, it was so fun and vibrant. Reyna was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about all products. Walked in not knowing anything about Diptych and walked out with a full bag. I learned that it is a French brand and you can tell their products are high quality by the array of unique fragrances you just don't smell in regular candles. My husband and I immediately lit our baies candle when we got home and it was such a joyous occasion to slow down from our busy lives and admire something simple, like the beautiful scent of a candle. Definitely coming back when our candles and diffuser run low. ✨

  I rushed in near closing time since I was visiting briefly from out of town and really hoped to have time to sniff around! Raina made me feel completely at ease, not rushed, and made some incredible recommendations. She is seriously so wonderful, kind, and most of all, knowledgeable about the brand and different scents. I could not have asked for a better experience. Amazing scents and an equally amazing staff!

  Worst experience I have ever had in a Diptique store. The 3 sales people were not interested in helping me but when another lady walked in, all 3 staff were fussing and fawning over her! Maybe one has to “look” a certain way to get the same service the lady who walked in after me was getting!!! Is this how Diptique trains its staff to treat customers?!!! Appalling! If you want to be made to feel insignificant and small, then sure walk into this store! Most humiliating experience and made me realize even more the world is such an unfair place when all it matters is how one looks!!! May the 3 sales women rot in hell for ruining my experience of shopping for a birthday present for myself!!! Diptique do something about training your staff!!!!

  Great service. Great set up...felt French botique-ish. Tracy assisted me, knows her stuff. As someone who knows what I like, Tracy made spot-on suggestions and I left with a candle (34 Blvd St Germaine), and Eau de Minthe cologne...higher price points but the scents are sophisticatingly intoxicating! Parking always convenient and close at The Domain.
