  Deep Relief is the closest thing to Heaven on earth. I was referred by my sister who does meticulous research to guarantee she has the best experience anywhere she goes. I’m working with Kishi and she is a beam of light with XRay vision (literally, she knows exactly without me telling her). If you’re looking to feel like a precious newborn baby in your mother’s womb, you should make an appointment at Deep Relief ASAP!

Each visit has been thorough and structured, with clear communication and a strong focus on outcomes. I’ve never experienced inconsistency here — the level of care has been reliable and intentional every time.   I’ve been going to Deep Relief weekly for the past few months after a car accident, and it has been such a healing, positive experience. Every massage therapist I’ve worked with has been incredible, and I’ve genuinely noticed less tightness, pain, and inflammation since starting. I’ve seen Russ, Hannah, and Ryan for massages, and each of them brings their own skill, intuition, and care to the work. They are all amazing. I’ve also been doing acupuncture and dry needling with Dr. Louisa, and that has been a game changer. My recovery has been smooth and I feel so much better, stronger, and more present in my body. Deep Relief has become my go-to place for bodywork in Austin. The care, consistency, and results speak for themselves. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to heal, recover, or just feel better in their body. Everyone is super cool, educational and supportive there too!
