  Brittany Alsandor is super gentle and kind she did my hair and I look amazing 10/10 also she is super funny I love her so much I will definitely come back

  You wonder how much a change in management can effect a business, then you witness first hand. We have used this salon several times in the past. Never an issue. Today, we have an appt set over a week previous. Show up for the appt 10 minutes early to be told stylist is running 45 minutes behind. That turned into nearly 90 minutes. By hour 2, my daughter was finally seated in a chair, hair portioned off, then left alone for a while so her stylist could finish another client. 2.5hrs in, I call the salon to be met with rudeness, sass, and a sack of excuses. My favorite excuse was "sir, like a Doctor's office, things happen and we run behind." You're styling hair. Not diagnosing illnesses or saving lives. 5 hours past the original scheduled start and still not done. I'm annoyed. Daughter is tired, hungry, and very annoyed. No worries though. I'm sure in 6 months this location, amongst many others will be closed due to terrible management and non-existant attention to customer service or their needs.

  Thought it look great in the salon, got home and realize it has a green tint,, checked in different lighting to make sure. Absolutely the worst coloring I have ever had professionally, the haircut looks extremely horrible, like levels not layered. I am so upset and disappointed I thought being considered a “ Master Designer” I would get quality work. I now have to have it repair, cutting several inches off and a correction color. My coat will end up being an additional $300.00 after spending addition to the $80.00 spent on 12/01/2022, and the $175.00 on 12/03. I will never refer your salon to anyone. I beyond disappointed and know JCP Salon will to nothing to make it right. Stylist Thiylan Nguyen I’d call fraud in the representation of JCP and stylist.

  My well seasoned hair stylist cot my hair exactly how I wanted it. And she's very friendly. She made feel very comfortable.
