If I wanted an express cut I should have went great clips that’s the type of service received. She flat iron my hair with no heat protection. Didn’t wet it before cutting . Tried to force me into a v cut I said no. She was on her phone kept walking away . Told me a lady was texting her to find out perm prices. I booked with a different lady and was given Cindy . Very unhappy with everything . I’ll go back to Ulta **update * After talking to penny’s customer service and the salon manager . Nothing was solved . Come to find out my hair was suppose to be washed and cut . All the manger said is we will talk to her . So I paid for an express cut and didn’t receive everything it comes with . No apologizes from the manager . Not asking for a refund because it was cut but something needs to be done other the. We will talk to her .
