When booking an appointment, the manager was extremely rude over the phone. Thinking she was having a bad day. I just called back later and spoke to a different person and booked it. However, when I showed up with the service dog, she refused to let us in and asked me to leave the dog in the car for a whole hour. After saying that, I didn’t feel comfortable for her checking on my dog and I would prefer another staff member to do it during the appointment. She asked me to leave and refuse to let me proceed with the appointment. She was also very rude and turned her head around during the conversation. Just overall horrible experience!
