- LDLaw Dawg5 days ago1.0Was going to try this location. Walked in and the blonde lady at the desk doesn't look up, say hi, smile or anything. Just says "check in online " while looking at the computer screen. After saying yes there is awkward silence so I assume I'm good and sit down. Decided to just go ahead and leave while waiting. Based on other recent reviews, looks like this is a common occurrence. There is another location up the road where they always greet you with a smile.

Was 13 mins est wait time, no one was in front of me on check in list, get to store app shows 7 min, walk in and 2 people in the chairs and two people waiting and now my est wait time was 34mins, from first to third. If I was not there when a seat became available I would expect them to put them in front of me but moving up on the list and having to wait defects the whole purpose of having a Check in on line list, not like it’s been for the past 6 years I been going there. I won’t be back to that store again.

This person‘s name was Callie, and she did a wonderful job. Very polite took her time and did a great job on the haircut. I’m very pleased compared to the other store which I probably won’t go back even though it’s closer. I was so disappointed over there
- JPJada PinkneyJan 9, 20261.0My mom and I walked in to this Great Clips for the first and last time with the intention to shave the rest of her hair off because she is in remission from Leukemia and lost majority of her hair during chemotherapy. Verna greets us with “are you trying to cut weave or your real hair” as she looks at me with extensions in my hair. My mom responds with her real hair and explains it’s not much to cut off due to chemotherapy. My mom asks “ when is the best time to come with the least amount of people?” Ms. Verna laughs and said “it’s always people in here”. Her demeanor and attitude was very uncomfortable and dismissive as new customers and I would not recommend. I told her we’d be back and took my mother to the car before I went back in and shared with two other ladies that her customer service was very unprofessional and that I will be sharing our experience.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
