I asked Trina if she did bangs, and was trying to show her a picture and explain that I like my bangs very straight and blunt (which she didn't even pay attention to). Trust me I know from experience that even bangs can be extremely screwed up! She said with an attitude "we all know how to do bangs here". It was her a one gentleman working. It was her condescending tone, the way she said it, and her attitude that turned me off. Needless to say, I definitely did not want Trina touching my hair. Most likely I am better off having her show her lack of care, and avoiding a possibly poor haircut. It was a simple question that did not deserve the attitude. Customer service seems to be almost non-existent these days. She only tried to be polite after the fact. I will give her credit for that, even if it seemed insincere.

Ok no problem, then we were told that they would not wash my daughter's hair because it was an hour before they were going to close. Are you kidding me? Clearly these women did not want to work. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
