- CSchandler stclairFeb 28, 20265.0I have been here before once. And had a similar experience as others outline in their reviews. I did not encounter the rough man with the poor attitude, however. My issue was with the a different one younger, he was kind of dirty, had an odor. Went to the bathroom , did not wash his hands. I sat near the wall. And had heard multiple people wash their hands previously. Stopped in for a cut, 02/28/26 and just need to say. Ana was my stylist she did an excellent fade, takes her time, really really pays attention and does a superior cut. Will be going back specifically for Mrs. Ana. I’m not sure if the reviews left by others made some change in their hiring practices. But if there are more Ana’s I will be going back.

Never had someone blow cut hair INTO you instead of off of you. Not to mention literally blew into my ear with the dryer. I was ready to get out of the seat.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
